This tool is accessed from the Duct Bank Properties Manager and provides options to view/edit the conduit spacer layout for a duct bank:

This dialog is similar to the Spacer Configuration Tool which is accessed from the Duct Bank Router. This dialog is used to view and edit certain spacer properties including the Manufacturer and Type. Spacer sizes cannot be edited from this dialog.
